Who used to give Lennie mice? Why did she stop this?

The person who used to give Lennie mice was his aunt Clara. She stopped giving them to him because he kept killing them as he would pinch their heads when they bit him. Lennie can't remember who is the lady is who used to give him mice.

Also throughout the first chapter Lennie continues to bring up that he wants rabbits which George replies with, "The hell with the rabbits". George later reassures him that the first chance he gets he'll get Lennie a puppy. |

George later reassures him that the first chance he gets he'll get Lennie a puppy. Lennie like animals but struggles to be gentle with small animals. He's like a dog having fun with another small animal and accidentally kills the small animal. |

His aunt Clara was the person who gave him mice when he was young. Lennie kept killing them by accident because they would bite him, so Lennie would pinch their heads. his aunt Clara stopped giving him mice because of that reason. Lennie can no longer remember h[who gave him the mice

Lennie's Aunt Clara was the lady that gave mice to him. Aunt Clara stopped giving Lennie mice because he would always kill them.

lennies aunt Clara gave him the mice but she stopped giving him mice because lennie kept on killing the mice but not always deliberately most of the time it was by accident.
