She doesn't agree with them because it puts shame on girls who are advanced in reading and it means that it is wrong for scout to be very good at reading and writing compared to the other students in he class.

She is also really upset as she loves to read with her father as it is how they bond with each other, she feels embarrassed and angry that she being discriminated for learning by her teacher on her first day of school. |

She thinks it's unfair that people who are smart and above the standard they 'should' be at, are discriminated and looked down upon. |

Scout does not like it because she gets bored at school and when the others are learning she is just sitting down and not learning anything. She is not allowed to read or write at school Scout finds this unfair.

Scout finds school boring and wishes the teacher would allow her to read and write because she's smarter than those kids in her class.
