Heck Tate's evidence: - Bob Ewell made Tate go over to accuse Tom of raping his daughter
- When Tate arrived he found Mayella lying on the floor in the middle of the room.
- Tate asks her how hurt her and she replies with Tom Robinson saying he took advantage over her.

The main points of Heck tates's evidence are
-They found bob ewells daughter had been badly beaten
-he ask ewell's daughter what did Tom Robinson did to her, she sai that he raped her
-the injuries of Tom Robinson "bashing" her

In Hack Tate's testimony, the main points of evidence were the
- brief outline of what happened when he arrived at crime scene (including Mayella's statements of being raped by Tom)
- the injuries Mayella's had from the "rape" including the black right eye and strangle marks on throat

Heck Tate testifies that Mayella had not been examined by a doctor, she had been beaten mostly around the head and "she had a black eye comin'." Through further questioning, Atticus learns that it was her right eye which means a left-handed person must have beaten her, and this is very critical information.

-Tate questioned mayella which in return she says that it was Tom who bashed and raped her
