>Why do they want to bring justice -Atticus is doing it to respect himself- "I couldn't even tell you or Jem no to do something again." -Skeeter is motivated by her love of Constantine. - "She raised me." -They both believe in equality- "I do my best to love everybody"
>What they actually do/what there actions. -Atticus brings legal justice- the court case where he represents Tom Robinson, "I'm simply defending a negro." - Skeeter brings social justice- she writes the book and there are people everywhere in the town reading it, spreading awareness. -White representative in a black community- "Fair play is not marked white only."
>Results of their actions -Black people- they stand up in the courtroom as Atticus passes by, the book is signed for Skeeter "We know, you couldn't put your name in here, so we all signed our own." White people- "I know 100% you wrote it because nobody else in this town is as tacky as you." -Results of their actions and their effect on them- Atticus' decision to represent Tom Robinson affects his children, "Nigger lover."
