Why does Aunt Alexandra accept that the Cunninghams may be good but are not “our kind of folks?

aunt Alexandra accept that the Cunningham are good people because they one of them were on the jury and tried to help tom robinson in his trail, but she doesn't think their "our kind of people" because they are poor and she is worried that scout might pick up some of their habits(but to be far their not that bad especially compared to the ewells)

It is what she has been taught, and it is what she wants to believe in order to continue to feel superior. she doesn't think their "our kind of people" because they are poor and she is worried that scout might pick up some of their habits.
